However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we’re here to help.

 

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

 

  • If you cancel your order within 2 hours of submission.
  • If there is a significant error on our part, such as a technical issue that prevents us from delivering the 3D images.
     

Cancellation and Refund Process

To cancel your order within the 2-hour window, please contact us immediately using contact us form with your order details. If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
 

Service Satisfaction
We aim to provide the highest quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the final results due to significant errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images.

 

Provide detailed information about the issue, and we will review your case. If the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will offer a revision of the service at no additional cost or issue a partial refund based on the severity of the error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

 

  • Dissatisfaction with color choices or design preferences, as these are subjective and based on the samples provided by you.
  • Minor discrepancies in color representation, as different devices and screens may display colors differently.
  • Late submissions or incorrect information provided by the customer.
